Beeswax Eco Wraps are made from 100% cotton material and a wax covering - composed from beeswax, pine resin and jojoba oil. When applied to the cloth material, in a liquid state, the effect is to create a reusable and hygienic surface which can be used to wrap food, cover pots or tins.
The material itself is malleable and the warmth of your hands can be used to reshape it over and over again. With time the wax coating will start to fade away, but the wraps can still be used as fantastic firelighters or recycled in your compost.
This set allows you to get creative. You will be supplied with the bees wax, pine resin and jojoba oil pre mixed. All that is required is to melt down the wax block and apply to your piece of cloth. The kit comes complete with full instructions on how to make your wrap - and makes a great gift for creative and ecologically minded friends and family.

We do not advise that the wrap be used for dairy or meat products. After use the material can be washed during your normal washing up with cool water and a mild detergent. Allow the wrap to air dry and reuse. When you are ready to recycle the wrap you can use it as a fire lighter or compost with your organics.
